  • You are expected to use our website in compliance with the agreements and Terms of Service of all individual social media platforms.
  • Please note that our pricing is subject to change at any moment without prior notice. These terms will remain applicable even if our rates change.
  • We do not promise specific delivery times for our services. We provide an estimated delivery timeframe, but this is merely an estimation. We will not issue refunds for orders that are in the process of being completed, should you feel they are taking too long.
  • We are dedicated to fulfilling the expectations of our resellers. To this end, we reserve the right to alter the type of service if deemed necessary to fulfill an order.
  • Respect towards our support team is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your account.
  • The authority to approve accounts lies with the SmmBind.com administrator.
  • SmmBind.com is not liable for any losses incurred by users who fail to read and comprehend these terms of service.
  • We may share your details with our external partners to facilitate the processing of your orders.
  • By registering, you consent to receive our promotional communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button or by submitting a ticket on our website.
  • By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

       Order and Process Policy

  • SmmBind.com does not support orders that promote content related to pornography, hate speech, or gambling on any websites or social media accounts.
  • Make sure that the Profile/Channel/Page you are ordering for is set to public and accessible to all users globally before placing an order.
  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Although cancellation is not guaranteed, you may request it through a support ticket. The administration will then decide if the cancellation is feasible.
  • Every order you place will be assigned a unique Order ID for tracking purposes.
  • We offer guarantees only for those services that come with a Refill option. Services lacking a Refill option are not guaranteed.
  • Our guarantee covers only the number of followers/likes/views delivered by us and does not apply to the total number of followers/likes/views already present on your account.
  • If your account starts with 500 followers and you order 1000 more, our guarantee covers only the 1000 provided, not the cumulative 1500.
  • Placing concurrent orders with other providers for the same link while an order with us is still in progress is not allowed. Such orders will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Any changes made to your profile or channel's name after placing an order will void the guarantee, as this is considered fraudulent. Orders will not be refunded if you delete your page/account, change your username, or switch to private mode after ordering.
  • Avoid using multiple services for the same link simultaneously, whether through our panel or another. Wait until the first order is marked as [Completed], [Canceled], or [Partial] before placing another order. Failure to do so may result in inaccuracies in follower, like, and view counts, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
  • In case of any drop before your order is refilled, canceled, or partially filled, please wait before placing a new order.
  • The system records the starting count upon order placement and will mark the order as Completed once the requested quantity is delivered.
  • No refunds will be provided for changes made to your page/account, such as deletion, username changes, or privacy setting adjustments after placing an order.
  • For pages already possessing over 10,000 subscribers/likes/views, no refill guarantee can be provided due to the difficulty in tracking the source of drops.
  • Orders marked as "Completed" are not eligible for refunds.
  • We guarantee only the delivery of the requested subscribers, likes, views, etc., without promising any engagement or interaction with your content.
  • We do not guarantee the any speed, timing, profile lookings or profile views of our services. Descriptions regarding service timing or profile lookings are estimative and statistical, without any commitment to specific completion times or profiles.
